COVID-19 Practice update: We are still open

We are still open and treating patients as per Australia Dental Association (ADA) Level 3 Guidelines.

Currently we are only seeing patients requiring Urgent or Emergency dental treatment. As per the Level 3 guidelines, this includes patients with significant dental pain, usually affecting sleep, localised infection (abscess, pericoronitis, acute apical infection), tooth fracture involving the pulp, significant dental trauma (avulsion or luxation), medically necessary dental treatment or dental conditions that if left untreated for a significant period and may become a dental emergency in a few months.

We have completed Queensland Health’s COVID-19 infection control training and still adhering to industry standard infection control procedures by our regulators. Additional protocols as outlined in our previous post have been implemented. The health and safety of our patients and our staff members is of the utmost priority.
